2011 State and Territory Landcare Award Categories and Criteria
The following are the categories and criteria for the 2011 States and Territory Landcare Awards. Winners from each category (not including the Landcare People’s Choice category) in each State and Territory move forward as finalists at the 2012 National Landcare Awards.
- Australian Government Individual Landcarer Award
- Australian Government Natural Resource Management (NRM) Award
- Australian Government Innovation in Sustainable Farm Practices Award
- Australian Government Local Landcare Facilitator/Coordinator Award
- Australian Government Coastcare Award
- Rural Press Primary Producer Award
- Toshiba Community Group Award
- Westpac Education Award
- Urban Landcare Award
- Leighton Holdings Indigenous Award
- Be Natural Young Landcare Leader Award
- Local Government Landcare Partnership Award
Applications and Nominees:
All applications are required to demonstrate how the nominees have met all of the judging criteria or are working towards meeting the criteria. This should be done in a clear and concise manner. Supporting evidence will need to be provided for any claims being made.
You may nominate yourself, a group or a person from your community for any of the award categories.
