Australia’s Biodiversity Conservation Strategy 2010-2030
As someone with an interest in the Australian Government’s Caring for our Country initiative, this message is to let you know that Australia’s new strategy for biodiversity conservation was released 27th October by the Hon. Tony Burke MP, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities on behalf of the Natural Resource Management Ministerial Council.
Protecting our biodiversity is one of Caring for our Country’s priorities for investment.
Australia’s Biodiversity Conservation Strategy 2010–2030 sets 10 targets to measure the nation’s progress in protecting our natural environment.
The strategy was developed collaboratively by the Australian Government and the state and territory governments.
