Spree And Landcare Giving Back To The Environment

Laundry detergent Spree has announced a new partnership with environmental organisation Landcare Australia that will see Spree pledging support across a number of Landcares land-based projects, including a regeneration project in the Murray Darling Basin in NSW.

Extensive clearing of native vegetation in the Murray Darling Basin has caused widespread environmental problems, including changes to the habitat of many native plants and animal species. With additional support from Spree, Landcare Australia is helping the community to plant 30,000 native plants which will support the Mid Lachlan Landcare communitys aim of planting 1.5 million trees in the next 30 years.
